Summer is here and its time to use up your peaches while they are fresh and in season. I started out the day at the farmers market today with my Mom it was a beautiful day for it!I have to admit I am not a big fan of taking the snap shots as I am cooking I am just way too impatient for that! However one of my favorite websites I follow Bakerella doesn’t mind and she does an amazing job! I tried this exact recipe today and it turned out fabulous although I have not tried it yet mind you….;) I think she just calls this recipe “Ridiculously Easy”…well whatever you call it your gonna’ like it!
