The Revival Of The Ole’ Saturday Homesteading Trading Post Ed. No. 38

Happy Saturday Everyone!

The Ole’ Saturday Homesteading Trading Post is back and I hope all of you will link up and guess what anyone can link up as long as your post is homesteading related!  I cannot wait to see what all of you have been up too and I have so missed connecting and hearing about what you all are doing at your homesteads.

I do ask that all posts are rated G, family friendly, no carnival or link up ads, and no spam!

I am so excited too because now that I am self hosted at my lil’ domain all of my links that link-up will be embedded in my blog posting.  I do ask that you link back to this posting either in each individual post or you can snag The Ole’ Homesteading Trading Post badge and place it in your sidebar widget.  Either or is much appreciated 🙂

I would love to see posts on:

  • sewing
  • raising rabbits or any other livestock for meat/butchering posts
  • soap making
  • making your own lotions and potions
  • solutions for making life easier
  • gardening
  • raising chickens a subject near and dear to my heart

  1. Hi Karen! Glad to see your hop back up 🙂 My blog Little Homestead on the Hill is mostly used for posting my thoughts nowadays, but I have a new blog…The Self Sufficient HomeAcre! Hope to have y’all drop by for a visit!

Your new blog looks great I always love hearing from you and what you are up too! We both have a passion for chickens and I love hearing your thoughts on twitter too. So glad you linked up! I have to get over to your blog hop too! 🙂

  2. Good evening! So glad you all are back! I love your new look. I’m sharing two posts: one on canning up chili for your pantry and one on hardening off transplants. Hope you all have a wonderful evening and a great rest of the weekend.

    1. Jenny thanks so much! This has been a labor of love for me especially although my husband and his projects truly inpsires me on a regular basis however I really had to take the time to finally make my blog (My lil’ hobby as I know you understand ;)…) a main priority this year! I am so glad I did and I so appreciate the compliment! I am very excited about both of your posts we really have gotten into pressure canning soups this year so I am always looking for new recipes….and we have to start getting our transplants ready so I am looking forward to hearing your ideas. So glad you linked up and I hope you come back next week!

I Love Hearing From All Of You! Thanks for sharing!
