Gluten-Free Banana Oat Bread

Wow this holiday season has flown by so fast and I can’t believe New Years Eve is right around the corner!  I am so looking forward to sharing our recipe for gluten-free banana bread it turned out so delicious!    It was dense and chewy and well everything I wanted in a gluten-free banana bread cooked sustainably.  This is part 4 of our Suburban Off-Grid Cooking Series and believe it or not this is our last post for a while that we will be sharing with our Sun Oven Culinary Adventures!  Next we will be cooking on our DIY Rocket Stove! You might be thinking why would I need to cook on a rocket stove? Well check back soon and I will tell you……I can’t wait!

Banana bread is one of my favorite treats all year-long and this one is more of my favorite because its healthy and delicious! I am also a huge fan of cinnamon so you will find that I sprinkle it in a lot of my recipes. I love having this banana bread with a nice cold glass of egg nog or a hot cup of coffee it goes wonderfully with both!

This recipe makes a perfect ending to any meal or the perfect breakfast paired with my homemade apple butter!  Oh Yum!

There are only a few more days to get in on the Christmas Combo Special at All American Sun Oven! This coupon code will give you $80.00 off of your very own sun oven!   The ironic thing is I had one on my wish list for years my only regret is that I didn’t get an All American Sun Oven sooner!

I wish you all a beautiful week ahead!

Fondly,

karen lynn
