Finally I am getting up the pics of the After “The total Cheap $50 Budget Bathroom Quick Fix” and I have to tell you that it has evolved so you may see some differences in the pic because it was not all done in one fell swoop it took a couple of weekends but let me know what you think.
I used a lot of stuff that we already owned like my striped towels that were hand me downs and I love the print my Mother In Law painted for us it’s just beautiful! Over time we took the shelving unit down and gave it to our daughter for her first apartment!
I love Ikea and even though I am all about Sustainable Living this will probably never change. Where else can I get a fake plant that looks really good for $4.99. What a steal!

I love this plant I will probably get another one or two when I go back! I love real plants but this is my son’s bathroom and it takes some abuse on a daily basis I try to clean it weekly though 😉
My husband did paint the cabinets for us with some leftover white paint we had.
We tried to repair our ceiling to the best of our ability. My husband caulked and tacked it and we cleaned the exhaust fan too. It’s not perfect but its a lot less noticeable. The difference a little paint can make is amazing as you can see!
